9am - 12 noon & 2pm - 8pm 7 days 

Onsite Managers can be contacted 24/7 in case of an emergency on the contact details displayed at reception 

Car Parking 

Parking bays are not allocated so please park as close to your room as you wish. Parking bays in front of Motel rooms are exclusively for in house guests only. Additional off-street car parking for visitors is available down the end of the property. We do advise that you remove all valuables from your car and please ensure that you leave your car locked at all times

Check Out Time

Check out time is 10am NSW time. Late checkouts may be available, please confirm availability with reception. Should you leave prior to reception opening ensure your account has been settled the night prior and drop your key into the key return box outside reception.

Air Conditioning

Your remote control is located on the wall upon entry to the bedroom area. Please keep the door closed whilst the air conditioner is on. Please allow a short period (approx. 15 minutes) for units to achieve desired temperature. Ideal setting is 23 degrees.

Room Keys 

Please return your room key to reception or the key return box at the front of reception for early

departures. In the event of your room key being misplaced, a $200 fee will be charged.

Smoking

All our rooms and pool are non-smoking areas. We do have designated smoking areas down the back of the property and we ask you use those exclusively during your stay. An additional charge of $200 will be applied should you not adhere to this regulation.

Pool

The swimming pool is located at the front of the property. Pool hours are from 8am

- 8pm. Glass of any kind is not permitted in the pool area.

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Pool towels are available at reception

Fire Alarm 

In the event of fire, please follow the Guest Emergency Evacuation Plan details on back of door. Follow all instructions provided by fire marshalls. Please remain calm at all times.

Maintenance 

Despite our best efforts sometimes things will break down or need repair. Should anything in your room require attention, please notify reception immediately and we will endeavour to remedy the fault as soon as possible.

Lost Property 

We will contact you should any items be found and should you require, we are more than happy to post items to you at your cost. All unclaimed lost property will be disposed of within 3 months.

Housekeeping

Our amazing Housekeeping team will service your room each day, we do ask if you wish for your room to not be serviced that you hang the do not disturb sign on your door, if you require any additional housekeeping please don’t hesitate to contact us at reception

Guest Laundry 

Our guest laundry Is located just down the path from Reception and is open 24/7, change is available at reception

There is also a clothes line located at the back of the laundry

Pets 

Whilst we are a pet friendly property we do ask that the following are adhered to at all times,

• Animals are NOT permitted to be left unattended in the rooms or common areas of the motel at any time

• Please clean up after your pet when exercising them around the property grounds

• Please report any accidents to reception immediately

• We reserve the right to charge the relevant cleaning / repairs fees should the rooms or grounds be damaged by your pet

Convenience Items 

We have basic convenience items available for purchase at reception or a local supermarket is located just 3 minutes drive from the motel 

Alcohol is also able to be purchased from reception however sales are restricted to those 18 years and older

Noise Issues 

Please note we have a zero tolerance for any noise, if for any reason you experience some disruptions during your stay please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately so this can be rectified,

If you are found causing a significant disruption for our other guests please note you may be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund

Breakfast Supplies

Please note breakfast packs are available for purchase from reception.

Smart TV's 

Please note all our televisions are smart TV’s so you have the ability to connect to your own Netflix & Stan accounts, However, please remember for your safety and privacy to sign out of your accounts before departing

Covid & Our Response

With Covid in mind we have increased our cleaning and sanitation of all rooms and common areas,

All rooms are detailed cleaned using ECOLAB products and are disinfected after each stay,

Please feel free to use any of the hand sanitation stations located around the property

If you do feel unwell or sadly test positive please let us know so we can ensure we conduct extra  COVID sanitation cleaning of your room upon departure.
